The Court in this matter certified a class consisting of: All persons who purchased, between April 6, 2016, and March 17, 2022, Mishima’s Wasabi Green Peas Product in California.
If you submitted a claim prior to August 2, 2022, and your claim indicated you reside in a state other than California, in order for the Settlement Administrator to review your claim further you must provide documentation that you either resided in or traveled to or from the state of California during the period referenced above, or that you purchased Wasabi Green Peas in California during the period referenced above. Documentation may include any of the below:
California Driver’s License (valid at any time from April 6, 2016, to March 17, 2022);
Airline or other travel receipt showing your name and travel dates to or from California between April 6, 2016, and March 17, 2022; or
Proof of purchase of Wasabi Green Peas in California from April 6, 2016, to March 17, 2022.
Your response must be sent to the address listed below, and must be received by the Settlement Administrator on or before November 17, 2022. Please reference your Claim ID, which was listed in the email recently sent to all affected Claimants, in your response.
